Today, June 23rd the “Guido Cazzavillan” lecture hall at the Ca’ Foscari Economics Campus in San Giobbe hosted the workshop “VeniSIA: the innovation and sustainability ecosystem in Venice”. The moment of in-depth discussion saw the presence of the General Director of the Venice Sustainability Foundation, Alessandro Costa, who introduced the foundation’s objectives and intentions. Later, Carlo Bagnoli, the Scientific Director of VeniSIA, took the floor explaining the path that led the incubator to become a recognized reality in the city.
Then, Mattia Voltaggio (Director of Joule – Eni’s school for business) and Nicola Pelà (Director of Human Capital at Mundys) discussed the importance of VeniSIA, enhancing the path of breaking down the barriers between the world of research and the world of business.
Domenico Cassitta, the CEO of Radoff, focused on the theme of visibility that a city like Venice can have worldwide before the conclusion of the afternoon.
