This authorization is subject to maintaining strict confidentiality about one's data. This authorization may be revoked at any time by emailing the revocation to the Holder at privacy@vsf.foundation. Revocation will take effect immediately and the Foundation will be required to certify that the revoked images have been removed. It is understood that the revocation will have no effect with respect to the processing already carried out, and the same must be the case if the deletion/removal of data has become impossible or otherwise difficult to achieve, such as in the case of saving made by third parties on their own PCs or other media and their publication in brochures.
The Owner is relieved of all economic obligations and any liability inherent in the misuse of the photographic material by users of the sites or, in any case, by third parties; the Owner is hereby released from any direct or indirect liability inherent in damage to image or confidentiality beyond the obligations to which it is legally bound.
It is forbidden for the Holder to use the collected images in ways that undermine their personal and professional dignity and decorum.
