This authorisation is subject to maintaining the utmost confidentiality regarding your data. This authorisation may be revoked at any time by sending the revocation by e-mail to the Holder at privacy@vsf.foundation. Revocation shall have immediate effect and the Foundation shall be obliged to certify that the images subject to revocation have been removed. It is understood that the revocation shall have no effect with respect to processing already carried out and the same shall apply in the event that the deletion/removal of the data has become impossible or in any case difficult to carry out, as for example in the case of data being saved by third parties on their own PCs or other supports and their publication on brochures.
The Owner is relieved from any economic obligation and from any liability inherent to the improper use of the photographic material by the users of the sites or, in any case, by third parties; with this release the Owner is released from any direct or indirect liability inherent to damage to the image or confidentiality that goes beyond the obligations to which he is legally bound.
It is forbidden for the Owner to use the collected images in a way that may prejudice personal and professional dignity and decorum.
